Jaya Artawan has been working at Baliprod for 2 years now and gives us some insights on how he operates as Baliprod's in house equipment manager as well as 1st AC on sets.
Jaya and his assistant Gita handle all the gear Baliprod owns as well as extra gear rented for productions.
Some come from Bali but some may come from Jakarta, sometimes with an equipment guard.
On top of that he manages the rental houses crews when provided with expensive equipment such as Alexa Mini for instance.
