Eugene Panji is an accomplished film director with a rich history, having spent time as an ad agency and features magazine art director. His years of experience in design and advertising brings invaluable creative experience and perspective to his projects.

Eugene likes narrative storytelling. Stories that touch the heart, stories that inspire, and stories that explore the human condition in powerful yet delicate ways.His directorial experience spans across the world of commercials and also filmmaking. Todate, Eugene has directed three feature films including 'Cita-Citaku Setinggi Tanah', ‘Naura and Genk Juara’, “BuAng” and ’22 Menit’.

His films have participated in many Local Indonesia major film festivals and International Film Festival such as The Berlinale (Berline Film Festival) , Zurich film festival, Palm Springs international film festival, Hong Kong International Film Festival, Kids Toronto film festival and many more. Over the years Eugene has also won numerous awards both for his films and also for his direction in numerous International Film Festivals.

Eugene is known for his attention to detail, stunning cinematography and ability to create highly developed storytelling films, making him one of the most highly acclaimed filmmakers in the country. His passion for storytelling and his unique eye for cinematography is projected in his body of work which consists of films , music video , documentaries and television commercials.

Where Eugene succeeds most is with his clear understanding of visual communication. He has worked on television commercials for brands under UNILEVER, HEINZ, KRAFT, ZUSUKI (COPORATE TVC), COCA-COLA, DJARUM, BRI BANK, BCA BANK and many more.

Eugene shares a huge passion for CSR and creative social responsibilities, and continues to support many charitable organisation throughout Indonesia
